Our story
Since we started Samuel Frank in 2012, we've grown our reputation and have firmly established ourselves as the go-to control & automation recruiter. We started our journey using a decade of technical recruitment experience to build an enviable network of specialist engineering businesses as well as a network of highly skilled, high calibre control & automation engineers. our founder
Andrew Longfellow started Samuel Frank Associates in 2012 using the skills he built up during the previous 11 years he spent working for one of the largest recruiters in the world. Building on his experience as a recruiter and manager of recruitment teams, he has grown Samuel Frank Associates into a successful, niche recruitment business as well as adding Samuel Frank Elite to the Samuel Frank portfolio.
